We provided a technical and solution design expert working across the Shop Direct Group project portfolio. We helped transform internal IT security services and enhance their logistic capabilities to customers accross all their brands using a new carrier.

We provided an IT Architect who was responsible for the overall architecture and technical design of projects across the general insurance and protection project portfolios. We help transfer customers from a legacy applications to 3rd party platform along with over a year, working on a major data centre move which involved documenting and migrating over 1000+ environments across hundreds of applications and platforms.
